Show hours insted of exact date and time of post creation.

Currently a posts' creation time is shown in 12 Nov 2018 at 12:00 AM format, it should be displayed like 12 hrs or 12 Nov depending on the time gap of post creation and current time. The full date and exact time can be displayed in tool-tip message.
