Describe the bug
Dependencies aren't installed after updating a mod (project).
For example, 'CICADA' library mod isn't installed after updating 'Show Me Your Skin!' mod from 1.8.0 to 1.9.0
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Fabric 1.20.4 instance
- Install version 1.8.0 of 'Show Me Your Skin!' mod
- Update it to 1.9.0
- See that 'CICADA' dependency library isn't installed
Expected behavior
Dependencies are installed after updating a mod
