"refresh" button for minecraft versions

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Often when a new snapshot comes out I want to try it, but I can't see it.

Of all the ways I have thought of to clear cache:
ctrl+shift+rto clear cache and reloadctrl+shift+idisable cache in network tab and reload- Closing app, deleting everything in
%appdata%\com.modrinth.theseus\caches\metadatathat isn't user-auth related, starting app
None of them seem to fix the problem
Given this, I think it would be smart to give a more intuitive way to refresh that list.

Button to refetch available minecraft versions in the instance screen's advanced controls.

Automatically refresh versions upon checking the "Include Snapshots" box
