`Build Successful` returned with authentication error

Describe the bug
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Try to upload artifacts without being authorised to
- See lack of error
Expected behavior
It should throw build failed if you are not authenticated and allowed to upload an archive
Environment Info:
- Gradle Version: 7.0
- Minotaur Version: 1.2.0
Can no longer reproduce.
