Followed collection can't be found using capitals

Describe the bug

Followed collection can't be found using capitals:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Collections page
  2. Try to search for 'Followed projects' collection using lowercase.
  3. See that you can find it.
  4. Change some letters to upper case.
  5. See that you can't find it.

Expected behavior

Followed collection can be found using capitals

Additional context

Any other collection can be found using both uppercase and lowercase letters
