Write a Pandarize class to start the project

The initial motivation to start this project was to build a roster for NeuroData research team. I am grateful to my PI who inspired me to start this project, otherwise, I would be spending my weekend watching youtube video.
- Write a Pandarize class that loads data from bib file either from url or a local file
- Write a short usecase notebook
Test with other standard bib file examples. In terms of this project being useful to my PI's request, it was much easier to just make a google spreadsheet and ask people to put in their info
