Hardcoded /dev/log SysLogHandler address breaks on newer versions of FreeBSD

At least on FreeBSD 11, the location for the syslog socket is /var/run/log, not /dev/log. Currently, this is hardcoded in autoreply.py. It should either be autodetected or made configurable via settings.py.
