[Missing Feature] Detect Hidden Passives

• Detect hidden should passively reveal characters that are using stealth within 4 tiles.
• Detect hidden should reveal hidden dungeon traps temporarily. (Is it only revealed to that player, or everyone?)
• Detect hidden on a container should show a private overhead message saying if it is [trapped] (500813)
