Should have docs for each component

We should have documentation describing use case for each component, sample markup, as well as a visual depiction of what each is doing.
Updating title to better describe the issue.
I'd like to see a TOC for everything in Stencil (along with permalinks to their respective docs & demos). Could this be appended to Stencil's readme?
