add_MARBL (compute): use Kristen's 4p2z tunings

There is a MARBL PR (marbl-ecosys/MARBL#423) to create a YAML file for the 4p2z setup, and we also want to address marbl-ecosys/MARBL#320 because the 4p2z configuration really highlights some issues with how the grazing relationship is currently defined.
