allelelist.final: a list of the cell lines and their assigned HLA-alleles used for training;

allelelist.bench: a list of the cell lines and their assigned HLA-alleles used for evaluation (benchmark);

Benchmark: a directory with the benchmark, 225 files, one for each peptide. In each file is the peptide, target value (1 = positive, 0 = negative), and cell line.
