QR Codes on videos not appearing

https://boscastlesound.co.uk/ found QR codes aren't appearing on videos in the Haller Tabloid PDF. I thihnk it's just a timing problem because they appear in the print pagee
this is mostly addressed by 0682f50 and related subsequent commits
