Failed to open Pegasus binary due to missing libssl.so.1.1

The issue

The binary version of Pegasus will not launch due to libssl.so.1.1 being deprecated in many Linux distros.

System info

Tested:

• Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
• Steam Deck - SteamOS 3.5.7

Pegasus log

There is no log for Pegasus. Instead I have attached the output when attempting to run Pegasus.
