Integration error: tesla_cc - Integration 'tesla_cc' not found.

After following the instructions and adding the entry into configuration.yaml

tesla_cc: !include tesla.yaml

I check the developer tool to see all configurations are ok but there is an error

Integration error: tesla_cc - Integration 'tesla_cc' not found.

Any help appreciated
