Menu border widths aren't consistent

When using the dark theme -- and probably others -- the mobile (stacked) menu doesn't have consistent widths for the border. Menus that were originally wide still have thin borders, and menus that were originally "normal" have much thicker borders.
This has been fixed in the mobile branch.
