upload Startup Control Panel Sourcecode under GPL2

could you maybe upload your Sourcecode of Startup Control Panel, if still it exist anywhere s
and maybe under GPL2 ? because could later really well for Reactos..
and the other Programs from this times have of certainly a nice place here on Github :)

and i bet, some peoples update the code from Startup Control Panel for Win7 and 10, if you upload it here..
because i have not see an other program with this nice piece of software format in Windows

and the upload can't hurt 😃
