Convert XML titles to EPUB [EPIC]

Post the creation and review of pre-paginated EPUBs, convert the frontlist XML encoded HEB titles to EPUB.
As part of the transformation of each title, pull images from the encoded text and create basic metadata for each image, populating a metadata template spreadsheet that can be ingested into Fulcrum for each title.
