This is required by Jan. 1, 2019 to be COUNTER compliant:

All reports described below should implement the COUNTER R5 spec.

As a publisher admin, I want to receive a report of usage for all books belonging to a collection/publisher in the following formats:

  • Multimedia Item Requests (IR_M1)
  • Item Master Report (IR)

As a subscriber, I want to receive a report of usage for all books belonging to a collection/publisher in the following formats, but restricted to only usage from my institution:

  • Multimedia Item Requests (IR_M1)
  • Item Master Report (IR)
