E-Reader is broken in IE11

Backticks at https://github.com/mlibrary/heliotrope/blob/master/app/views/e_pubs/show.html.erb#L402 are not compatible with IE11.
While looking for them, also found them at line https://github.com/mlibrary/heliotrope/blob/master/app/views/e_pubs/show.html.erb#L75
Replace them with single quotes in a hotfix branch.
