Investigate scroll function on iPhone

During the Charleston conference usability testing a user reported that the scroll function was not working on their iPhone. Unfortunately, the phone version and iOS were not captured.
- Using browserstack, test various versions of iPhone and iOSs
- If a bug, create a new ticket
Testing on a real iPhone and on browserstack reveal that scrolling does NOT work.
