What does the number next to stockfish engine means?

Is it WDL? or is it calculated based on NNUE and mcts?
The number to the left of Stockfish is the centi-pawn evaluation divided by 100, i.e. the (dis)advantage of the current game position in pawns from the white player's point of view.
