Tree view of resources and sub-resources

Hi (again)!
I am a new user of Copper (and Californium). I think it would be great to have some kind of tree view for representing the hierarchy of resources and sub-resources. Anyway, that's not a blocking issue at all, just some "cosmetic" ;-)

The upcoming Copper 0.8.0 will already bring the first eye-candy such as payload rendering for images, binary, HTML, and more to come.
I absolutely thought about a tree view before, but kept on postponing this feature. The main reason is that I did not expect mote-class servers to provide a huge number of resources...

A tree view is now provided by Copper 0.8.0.
