MkDocs Classic Bootswatch Themes

Contributing
These themes all inherit from the mkdocs-classic theme. These themes primarily
contain CSS which replaces/overrides the CSS in the mkdocs-classic theme. All
other improvements should be made to the mkdocs-classic theme.
