Fixing Analytics that do not have the required fields

CAR-2015-07-001 and CAR-2020-04-001 do not have the field coverage even though CONTRIBUTING.md specified those fields as mandatory.
CAR-2020-04-001 has been deprecated and should, in my opinion, be scheduled for deletion.
CAR-2015-07-001 should be given an appropriate coverage field.
