Inexistant data components references and duplicate sources

Hello,

While working in the new data sources you made, I found that there are some duplicates and some non-referenced types in the techniques descriptions.

In the following example :

  • File: File Content does not exist here
  • File: File Creation is referenced multiple times.

If this is not on purpose, I can try and find all occurrences and report them to you through a PR for missing data components and a list for duplicates.

Thanks for the heads up - we ended up merging File: File Content into File: File Metadata (https://attack.mitre.org/datasources/DS0022/#File%20Metadata) but we are also hunting down any duplications / areas for improvement. Going forward, we will be integrating changes directly into the ATT&CK data (vice this Git) but definitely feel free to send any notes/suggestions!!

Of course, I'll use the other repository if I find more inconsistencies!
