Go vendoring?

@mattfarina Would you be willing to vendor iochan here either with an in-tree vendor/ directory and/or via dep ensure so that we can avoid using a resource block or go get in the Homebrew formula, and more generally so that the gox tags designate the specific revision of iochan they need? Thanks!
