"official documentation" link points to a missing page (quickstart)

The README, at https://github.com/mistralai/mistral-src/blob/8598cf582091a596671be31990448e0620017851/README.md#deployment, says that instructions for running the docker image can be found in the official documentation hosted at https://docs.mistral.ai/quickstart -- however that page returns a 404.
The URL you referenced should now redirect to Mistral's main documentation page. I'll go ahead and submit a pull request to update this link in the README, if the issue hasn't already been resolved. Thank you for flagging!
