Deleting last episode of season or show doesn’t update title

If you have a few episodes of a show that you watch and delete one by one, the UI will back up to the show view or recordings view after deleting the last episode of the season or show. The navigation title doesn’t change though so would still say Showname season 3 for example even though it's showing the available seasons or recorded shows.
