Crash playing or downloading when the file does not exist

If a recording did not create a file or it’s been deleted from outside of MythTV, it can’t be played or downloaded. Currently it shows a crash message that can be continued from, but it should show an easier-to-read message that helps non-programmers understand what’s wrong. We probably can’t help them figure out why the file is missing though.
