Suggestion: Add schemas for resource packs

Fairly self-explanatory. Most other resource pack schemas on the internet are pretty old. It would be convenient to have them in this repository, because it is well-maintained and up-to-date.
Good suggestion, but I'm not actively planning to expand these schemas further as we're working on a new schema format over on the SPYGlass repository. Those schemas will include resource packs.
