minecraft:no_bonemeal_flower's config options are not available

Don't get me wrong, I know that the wiki states that "This feature has no config properties." But, if you look into the vanilla features, for example forest_flower_vegetation, there is a no_bonemeal_flower feature and it has a great many config options.
