Add "Show in Menu Bar" option

I would like to request a feature that removes icon in the menu bar, just like Text Sniper here

I like this even less than how it works right now. What I'd like to have is a Login Item that just runs and does the checking, and an app that you can open to configure stuff and check the status if needed. No menu bar item at all. Would you like this as well?
