Possible to create a DevContainer for any JDK version?

Hello,
I'm trying to create a DevContainer to run the CrossPlataform development of Avalonia, but the SDK version is the 11 and not the last.
How can I create a specific version of the DevContainer for Android, not just the last?

I have personally never used the devContainer. The original author of this flavor reamained unresponsive when the build started to fail, hence I disabled it. Feel free to fix it and I am happy to integrate it again.
