Add Math Editor

Currently, taking notes on mathematical expressions is hard. Even a relatively simple expression like 
is hard to write currently on MindMup.
After a little bit of research, it looks like MathQuill might be the best bet, for a javascript web editor.
I would be willing to work on this in mindmup/mapjs if that would make sense.
I couldn't figure out how to create my own extension, but maybe it would be more appropriate as that instead.
I have decided to start making an extension for this purpose and will create a pull request once it is working.
