Desktop app saves as ‘Save As’ repeatedly for new map

When I create a new map using the Desktop app and save it, subsequent Save or Ctrl+S invocations performs a Save As, opening the Save As window, instead of simply saving the map.
If I open a saved map from disk, Save and Ctrl+S work as expected.
This behaviour is on Windows.
Also, for a new map that has been saved using Save As, selecting Reload map from the File menu causes the map to revert to its initial state (one node with text Press Space or double-click to edit).
The Reload map action provides no warning to the user if the map has been changed since it was created new or read from disk.
this should be fixed with the latest release
