"OBS Studio Fully-loaded" is now "OBS Studio Portable"

Under Setting up OBS Studio, there's a suggestion to install OBS Studio Fully-loaded.
The README.md for OBS Studio Fully-loaded says:
THIS SCRIPT IS NO LONGER MAINTAINED. PLEASE USE https://github.com/wimpysworld/obs-studio-portable
