new text comment does not provide way to specify from: email address

Creating an item through the web should provide a way to specify an email address as the from field in the header of email notifications for the item.
Fixed. Not uploaded to deme.stanford.edu, but in the repository. You must have do_anything ability w.r.t. the contact method you specify, to prevent people from spoofing other agent's contact methods.
