Feature Request: Change the order of posts in the series

Currently, the order of posts within the series is based on data published but it's not ideal in all the cases.

Can we add a column to reorder the posts within a series?

Hello
This should be easily possible to accomplish with a plugin like Simple Custom Post Order
 (and other similar plugins).

Just check posts in the settings.

Only problem is that all posts will become sortable, not only those that are part of a series, but if you order the series in groups that shouldn't be a problem.
