Issue with new theme

I have applied a new theme in my blog
http://www.spooker.net/blog/
and there are some display issues with sidebar.
First of all the remember me label overlaps the remember me checbox for some reason.
In addition if I choose to save my username and password the next time I will enter the page
the username label overlaps with my username and the password label overlaps with the password stars.
Is this possible to fix somehow or is my theme causing this mess?
Theme related - can be solved with CSS styles.
