1.4.0 showing as latest release on GitHub releases page

Not sure why but 1.4.0 is showing as the latest release instead of 7.1.2 here: https://github.com/mikeal/bent/releases

I think it's cause it's the latest release according to github's process, but the author appears to have swapped over to using tags instead; however, the old releases still take priority to github.

I removed the old releases, tags should still be there though.
