Make a new test for compiling the latest code

A lot of time the tests pass, but when actually trying to install the latest code, the code is actually broken.
Create a test that uses e.g. quelpa, and compiles the code.
Turns out this is not so simple. I tried an approach with quelpa, but it seemed like it failed on dependencies.
