Hi there,

I'm trying to use this package with kramed which is a fork of marked. In this repo there's a few references to this.options, for example here.

When marked creates a renderer it also sets a render.options equal to this.options in marked see here, which is used in the code referenced above.

Kramed however does not, is this use case something that would be considered out of scope as this package is designed for use with marked?

Hi. I think the best solution would possibily do to fork this project as well.
