PHAR missing for new releases

phive install dephpend installs version 0.4.0, not 0.6.0. Not surprising, though, as the releases are missing on https://phar.dephpend.com/.
I'll switch to GitHub releases and will adjust the installation instructions accordingly.
Solved a long time ago, but broken window theory got the better of me 😓
