add reversed left/right registration flag

The registration point is biased off the diameter of the townspot.

For when the final label position is left, top left, bottom left, center left of the townspot: reversed would calculate from the left side of the label-box, not the right side.

This is for GIS and graphics apps that assume from left drawing.
