Deep linking into docs return 404 error

It looks like ember-leaflet docs are hosted on Netlify, which does not automatically redirect all urls to be served by the index.html file.
For example, going to the homepage and then clicking on "Addons" works but going directly do http://www.ember-leaflet.com/addons does not.
A special Netlify redirect file is required in order to ensure all urls are redirected to use be served by the index.html file.
