A VS Scratchpad at the panel

Reference: Geany Scribble feature. Let's be able to drop snippets, passwords, tokens etc in a scratch pad suitably located beside the terminal tab of the panel. That location is strategic and easy to reach just the way it's implemented in Geany text editor
I would love to work on this task
What is the benefit of this over opening an editor and typing in there?

It's a feature to have on an excellent editor.
-I always need my multiple cpanel/ftp/google-console apis/web service tokens and all.
-Code snippets from stackexchange search or just inspiring code snippets or quotes
-Or plane, things I just care to remember
These are best always before me. Always open, and unobtrusive so as an editor. I get a call from a client, I need to quickly log in to his cPanel host, do I have to be looking for a file where I saved these!
-The incompleteness of the geany implementation though is the fact that your notes are not synced online. All else, it's an excellent feature. It is one of the stand-out feature of that editor for me
