Contribute DataViewer to variable view context menu for data frames

Best option here is to contribute an option to search for Dataviewer extensions if they don't have any, but I'm not sure if we are able to do that. Otherwise, we can take the same route as Jupyter's variable view and delegate to the appropriate extension.
We should also get DW extension to contribute their data viewer here.
