New tab doesn't reload path variable.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a directory.
  2. Put exe program in it.
  3. Add directory to PATH variable.
  4. open new tab.
  5. Try to run program.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

PATH variabler isn't being reread when new tab is open.
