Big Repair Task Warning Block screen

Describe the bug
giant warning blocking screen. Sticky and stays on top of screen. auto refresh brings it back even after closing it
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
see attachment, use sfx proxy to recreate
GetRepairTaskListapi-version=6.0.txt
Expected behavior
only display "one repair task, and X more are stuck". Closing the warning should've kept it closed for the session, find where that logic is.
