Application Health Info Inconsistent across different places

Describe the bug
Application Health is displayed differently in different places. In the Applications Page, the health state of an application can be displayed as OK, while in the node page, the same application's health state is displayed as Unknown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
The health state of the application should be consistent throughout the application, and the more precise it is, the better.
